Lago MAR Project

Gatemaninc works hand and hand with several independent contractors on new development projects in Houston ,TX and surrounding areas. Lago Mar is a new gated community in Texas City with new custom swing iron gates with new commercial grade gate operators and telephone entry system.  The access control  has a Linear telephone entry system with an EZ tag reader from Transcore. We also provided and installed about 200 linear feet of Ameristar iron fencing with pedestrian gates. All our gate systems included emergency personnel access
