Project Description
Gatemaninc works hand and hand with several independent contractors on new development projects in Houston ,TX and surrounding areas. Lago Mar is a new gated community in Texas City with new custom swing iron gates with new commercial grade gate operators and telephone entry system. The access control has a Linear telephone entry system with an EZ tag reader from Transcore. We also provided and installed about 200 linear feet of Ameristar iron fencing with pedestrian gates. All our gate systems included emergency personnel access.

After ware and tear, a large amount of properties are prepared to upgrade the gate operating systems by replacing all gate operators and locking devices. The here we Grind and remove the old gate motors and installed new commercial grade Liftmaster slide gate operators. We also replaced the combination lock systems on the pedestrian gates. We also installed a new Linear AE-1000 Telephone Entry System with remote access. We like to install 911 boxes to be visible to the eye on the property to allow access.
